All rooms are equipped with modern facilities and offer the perfect ambiance for relaxation.Please note that the Penz Hotel has two floors of non smoking rooms and is the only hotel in Innsbruck that offers disabled access and facilities throughout the building.
Food and beverages
The hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet from Monday to Saturday 06:30 to 11:00 and on Sundays from 07:00 to 12:00. During the summer you can also enjoy breakfast on the roof terrace. The American Bar 5th Floor is open from 17:00 to 01:00 and features a stunning view of both the city and the surrounding mountains.Area information
The best galleries, museums, shops, bars and cafés in town are all accessible on foot, including the landmark of the city, the famous Goldene Dachl or Golden Roof.The skiing areas can be reached using a free shuttle service.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 4.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
