Short description

This is a family-run hotel located in the heart of Vienna, situated in the pedestrian zone, 5 minutes walking distance from the Opera-house and St.Stephan´s Cathedral.

The Mailberger Hof's history reaches back to the 14th century. While conserving its baroque appearance, this old Palais was successfully transformed in to a first class hotel and opened in 1976.

The hotel is located close to several attractions, including museums and theatres, and the hotel includes a ticket service desk. The hotel offers also a bar, as well as conference facilities.

Room information

The hotel offers beautiful ensuite rooms that are equipped with all common facilities. Please note that room sizes are different and some rooms are non smoking rooms. Some rooms are located towards Annagasse and others towards the inner courtyard. The rooms on the fourth floor have air conditioning. For all the other rooms we offer fans.

Food and beverages

We provide small snacks and some Viennese specialities for our guests. During the summer time, it is possible to have drinks, coffee, sweets and small snacks in the garden.

Area information

The hotel is located in the heart of Vienna, only 2 minutes walk from
the famous shopping mile "Kärntnerstraße", "Graben" and the "Kohlmarkt" (market).

All attractions except for Schönbrunn are located within walking distance.

Remarks

Unfortunately the hotel does not accept group bookings.
The entrance door is closed from 23:00 due to safety reasons but guests can get in touch with the night porter via a bell.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the business centre only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 29.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
