Here you can enjoy the amenities of a 4-star hotel in conjunction with exquisite cuisine and fine wines. Norbert Kern creates light, imaginative dishes, lovingly prepared with the best, and healthiest ingredients:

Meat from Salzburg and Carinthian cows, organic potatoes and vegetables, cheese and butter from Tuscany, plenty of fish from local rivers, all of top quality.

"Feel at home" board: late riser breakfast, light lunch (available until 16:30) or a food parcel for the road, tea and fruit in the spa centre, dinner with a vegetarian option and revitalized water throughout the house. Supplement for "Feel at home" board = EUR 20 per person.

Travel:

By car: From the north: via Salzburg on the Tauernautobahn motorway towards Bischofshofhofenen, exit Gasteiner Tal.
From the south: via Villach, Möllbrücke and Obervellach to Mallnitz and by motorail train on to Gastein. The railway car shuttle service runs every 80 minutes on weekdays and hourly on Saturdays and Sundays.

By train: Bad Gastein station. Shuttle service to/from our hotel available.

By airplane: the nearest airports are in Salzburg, Munich and Klagenfurt. On request we organize pick-up service to/from the airports!

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 93 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 3 to 5 years are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 9 years are charged EUR 32.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 10 to 14 years are charged EUR 47.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
