All our Appartments with living area and up to 4 Sleeping area's, are comfortably and spacious. All the rooms offer a magnificent view to the surrounding mountains. Our well known Asado's Steakhouse and bar, furnished in a unique cottage style, serves great Argentina-steaks, baked potatoes, corn on the cob, salads and even Austrian specialities.On a regular basis we organise theme nights, e.g. BBQ-evenings, Fondue or every Thursday night spare-ribs-no-limit.
A visit to our lively 'stone-bar' is highly recommended. You will like the international offer of cocktails, single malts and local drinks.
In Wintertime the sun chairs will be placed outside so you can relax, build up your suntan and have a drink from the "ASADO'S - Aprés-Ski-Bar" where we play the latest tunes.
In Summertime you can enjoy the cosy, heated terrace for a romantic candlelight dinner with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
We are sure you will find your place to feel comfortable.
Please note that Steakhouse and Bar are closed from May to 1st and 2nd June and from 1st and 2nd September until 1st and 2nd December. In this period the restaurant and bar of the sister hotel (30 metres distance) is happy to welcome you.

Kirchberg has a lot to offer in both the summer and the winter. The ski area of Kirchberg and Kitzbuehel is one of the largest in Austria. And sureley you have heard of the "Hahnenkamm-Races". Slopes are spread over an area of 200 km. 80 km of special "carving slopes", 64 ski lift, 3 ski-schools, 200 km cross country trails. Over 100 km of walking tracks, 13 huts and mountain-restaurants.A toboggan-run on the Gaisberg, only minutes from the hotel.
Fun and meeting new friends, that's what Kirchberg is all about in the winter. In the huts alongside the slopes, in the pubs, the nightclubs and also in Almhof, you will find Tyrolean hospitality and cosiness which will guarantee a relaxing holiday.
A summerholiday in the mountains of Kirchberg & Kitzbuehel......and you will forget about Spain, Greece or the Caribbean. No mass-tourism but beautiful surroundings with friendly people.

After Munich - Kufstein you follow the highway-signs Wörgl-Ost / Brixental. You will be directed through the villages Hopfgarten, Westendorf, Brixen en reach then Kirchberg. Here you follow the signs "Aschau" and you will be in front of our house within minutes.Zasady anulowania
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 4 to 11 years are charged EUR 9.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included.
